Who Can Be Against You?

For some of you who love to watch soap operas (Sorry guys, I hate those shows), you always see the main character always “abused” (That’s the term I can describe on that kind of scenes) by either their wicked stepmother, step sisters, or sometimes, the “third-party” in their relationship. And most of the time, you got carried away by that scenes that sometimes may result to a broken vase or a broken television.

You know what, our life is more than those soap operas. There will be people or events that always against you. Yes it’s very difficult. But hey! I have another Good News to all of you. It is all written here:

What, then, shall we say in response to these things? If God is for us, who can be against us?

– Romans 8:31

Yes folks, whatever situations you are in right now, sometimes you can compare it to a soap opera, if you are with God, you are a victor! You are victorious over your situations, just stick with God. Jesus also demonstrated that to all of us:

They got up, drove him out of the town, and took him to the brow of the hill on which the town was built, in order to throw him off the cliff. But he walked right through the crowd and went on his way.

– Luke 4:29-30

Before you realize this, you already got the victory. Why? Because Jesus Christ won over all our sins by dying on the cross. We do not need to get battered just for us to rise up. God made you more than conquerors. He made all of us to be a winner, not a loser.
