“Unkabogable” Presence

When we saw someone who has something in it, we feel the weight of its greatness. Just for example, why you always get starstruck when you see your favorite celebrity? Sometimes, when you see your crush, your surroundings change (You know what I mean).

Did you know that what you feel when you see your favorite celebrity or your crush, that feeling is just a speck when you feel the presence of God. God’s presence is something bigger, bolder, and greater; greater than your favorite celebrity or your crush.

When you feel God’s presence when you worship Him, you feel the weight of his awesomeness, then you will know to yourself that God is greater than everything. All you can shout is, “MORE!! MORE!! MORE!!” And here’s the Good News, you can feel God’s presence anytime, anywhere, not just in church, because our God is an omnipresent God. Just go to Him by faith and with confidence, and I promise, you will crave for more of Him.

How lovely is your dwelling place, LORD Almighty! My soul yearns, even faints, for the courts of the LORD; my heart and my flesh cry out for the living God. Better is one day in your courts
than a thousand elsewhere; I would rather be a doorkeeper in the house of my God than dwell in the tents of the wicked.

– Psalm 84:1-2, 10
